Body Corporate and Community Management

When the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) reformed their tenancy laws, people who live and work in body corporate communities needed to know what it meant for them. Using a lively character, Boxy, we helped Body Corporate Community Management (BCCM) highlight the changes around pets and minimum housing standards, and explain who BCCM is, through animated video.
